When I played the last versions, I knew it was missing something, but the addition of the 'Challenge' menu is precisely what it lacked!

Once again, I say it has limitless potential!

(Also, I'm glad no one is so hooked up on the artwork, now that they've gotten used to it. Reading reviews, I'm supprised so few of them realised it must have been for copywright reasons, or else you wouldn't have done it with suck negative reviews about it.

Besides, I like the current artwork; it's by the fans of Lovecrafts' work and so it's a labour of love and that makes it all the more charming)

The end boss can be betend easily provided you attack the 'flammeble' barrel first, then every time it throws a barrel at you, you shoot it in both its eyes.

I'm not stupid. I know the artwork was replaced for copywright reasons and until that's rectified, We're just going to have to appreaciate what has been contributed.

If you don't like the artwork, I suggest you do better yourself. After all, it's purely cosmetic thing.
What matters is the gameplay, which has improved since the last version. I like howq 'Taint' can go above '2' for example. It's handy for when the adversary is Invulnrable.

This game has massive potentials for improvement despite being amazing now. I only recently discovered Lovercraft myself and as a result, whenever I read about things mentioned in the game, it evolves my understanding.

(PS: On the nerw 'Blackmail' card, the picture on the bottom right hand corner is actually Lovercraft. I saw the image on another site)
